Proposal data: Content you create within the Service, including proposals, templates, and client information.
Payment information: Billing details are processed by our payment provider Paddle. We do not store your credit card information.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Service for analytics and improvement purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To process your transactions and manage your subscription
- To generate AI-powered proposal content based on your input
- To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing)
- To improve the Service and develop new features
4. AI Data Processing
When you use our AI proposal generation features, your input is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude) for processing. We do not use your proposal content to train AI models. AI providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Paddle: Payment processing
- Supabase: Database and authentication hosting
- Anthropic: AI content generation
- Resend: Transactional email delivery
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
