By accessing or using ProposalKit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ProposalKit is a SaaS platform that helps freelancers and small agencies create, manage, and send professional proposals using AI-powered tools. The Service includes proposal generation, template management, PDF export, and analytics features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
ProposalKit offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious content or code
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create using ProposalKit, including proposals and templates. ProposalKit retains ownership of the Service, its software, branding, and all related intellectual property.
7. AI-Generated Content
ProposalKit uses artificial intelligence to assist with proposal generation. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before sending it to clients.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described therein.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProposalKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
