We want you to be satisfied with ProposalKit. This refund policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.

Free Trial & Free Tier

ProposalKit offers a free tier that allows you to try the Service before subscribing. We encourage you to explore the free tier before upgrading to a paid plan.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period ends
  • Your data (proposals, templates) will be preserved

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service, no questions asked
  • Service outage: Pro-rated refund if the Service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 hours in a billing cycle)
  • Billing errors: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges

Non-Refundable

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial months of service after the 7-day window
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (content is provided as suggestions and can be edited)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@useproposalkit.com with your account email and reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
